  June 8. 2007 - For the first time, we get a really good look at the floor beneath the carpet. It looks good, except for a spot in one corner (out of range) that looks like someone kept a refrigerator there for a long time.   August 8, 2007 - It has been two months now and the walls have been opened up, insulation has been installed, and the wallboard is going in. This is the corner between the french doors and the back door.  August 8, 2007 - I prepare an area so we can install a piece of wallboard. Rather than tear out the window moulding, I opted to make surgical cuts in the existing wallboard about 4 inches from the trim, enough to install the insulation, then close these areas up again with cut pieces of wallboard.
