I wonder who had the never to plant that flag on the top of the center section?  And finally, wrapping up our windmill themed adventure, a close up of the new windmill at Mass Maritime Academy. Windmills like this one are proposed for installation on Horseshoe Shoal as part of the Cape Wind project. www.capewind.org
